About the Project
Danbury is a five-storey residential complex with a high-end mixed exterior — dark brick column piers, stucco mid-sections, stacked glass balcony railings on every floor, and a stone veneer cladding section at one end.
The height and material complexity of this building make it an ideal candidate for drone-assisted cleaning. Our system reached all five storeys of stucco and brick without scaffolding, treated the balcony glass from the outside, and cleaned the stone cladding panels that are inaccessible from ground level.
Organic growth (algae and lichen) had taken hold on the stucco sections — the treatment removed the growth and applied a residual biocide to slow regrowth.
