Where It Started
We saw an industry that hadn't changed in decades.
SkyCare started the way most real companies do — with a problem worth solving and the drive to do something about it. Liam and Cameron didn't come from a large corporate background. What they brought was ambition, a lot of research, and months of preparation before a single client was ever approached.
As they looked deeper into the exterior cleaning space, a pattern kept showing up. The industry was still heavily reliant on the same methods it had used for years — scaffolding, rope access, large crews, long timelines, and costs that made many property managers hesitate.
The question became simple: why hadn't anyone built a modern alternative? That question led to drone technology. And once the potential was clear, the direction was set.

Liam Beattie
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Liam leads business development, client relationships, and company strategy. His focus is on building SkyCare into the most trusted exterior care brand for commercial properties across Ontario — starting in Windsor-Essex.
Cameron
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Cameron oversees operations, project execution, and the technical side of SkyCare's drone cleaning systems. His attention to detail and hands-on approach set the standard for everything we deliver.
Why We Chose This Path
There is a smarter way to maintain a building.
Traditional exterior cleaning methods — rope access, scaffolding, elevated work platforms — have real limitations. They require large crews, lengthy setup, increased liability exposure, and costs that often catch property managers off guard.
Drone-assisted cleaning changes the equation. Safer for workers. Faster to deploy. More consistent coverage. And significantly more affordable without the overhead of conventional methods.
We didn't choose this approach because it was novel. We chose it because after looking at the problem from every angle, it was clearly the better answer.
